Whatyoushouldbringwithyou:

3+ years leading a PMO, or 8+ years in Project or Program Management within an enterprise software or technology environment.

At least 5 years of experience in a Professional Services department of a software or technology organization.

Proventrack recordmanaging large-scale software implementation projects (>€500K, >12 months duration).

Experience overseeing complex project portfolios (30+ projects) and cross-functional delivery teams.

Strong leadership skills with experience in mentoring and developing project managers.

Background in Professional Services organizations and familiarity with PSA tools (e.g., FinancialForce/Certinia,Kantata, Planview).

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

Solid understanding of software delivery methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid approaches).

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Scienceor related field (or equivalent experience).

PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification (required).

ITIL V4 Foundation or MSP certification (preferred).
