Job summary

Die thyssenkrupp Group in Kiel sucht einen ILS/HVR-Projekt Engineer (m/w/d) zur technischen Unterstützung und zur teilweisen eigenständigen Durchführung von Angebots- und Auftragsprozessen für Logistikkomponenten. Sie koordinieren Anforderungen, Schnittstellen und Qualitätsprozesse im Bereich HVR/ILS.

Sie verfügen über ein technisches Studium, Erfahrung in Systems Engineering und idealerweise eine Zertifizierung sowie Kenntnisse der ASD-Standards. Englischkenntnisse sind erforderlich.

Qualifications

• Technisches Studium abgeschlossen und Verständnis für Systems Engineering.
• IPMA Level D oder vergleichbare PM-Zertifizierung wünschenswert.
• Erfahrung in HVR/ILS-Projekten und in der Anforderungsanalyse.

Responsibilities

• Unterstützung und teilweise eigenständige Ausführung von Angebotserstellung und Auftragsabwicklung für Logistikkomponenten (HVR/ILS).
• Durchführung und Koordination der Anforderungs- und Vertragsanalyse für HVR/ILS.
• Erstellung von Leistungsbeschreibungen, Zeitplänen und Stücklisten.
• Überwachung von Leistung, Terminen und Kosten sowie Qualitätskontrollen.
• Erstellung von Statusberichten und Analysen des Teilprojektfortschritts.

For our client, a company of the thyssenkrupp Group in Kiel, we are currently looking for an ILS / HVR Project Engineer (m/f/d) - Defense & Shipbuilding. Technical and methodological support, as well as partial independent execution of proposal preparation/order processing for the logistics components for achieving supply readiness (HVR) / Integrated Logistics Support (ILS). Participation in the execution, coordination, and support of the requirements analysis/contract analysis for the logistics components of HVR/ILS. Clarification and specification of tasks. Creation and coordination of quantity frameworks, technical specifications, statements of work, and schedules for HVR, including technical coordination with the specialist departments. Implementation of quality assurance and support in optimizing project requirements. Preparation of status reports and further analyses of sub-project progress. Execution and coordination of the requirements analysis for HVR/ILS, including derivation of internal and cross-functional requirements after coordination with the specialist departments. Implementation of quality assurance and support in optimizing project requirements. Monitoring of performance, deadlines, and costs of proposal preparation/contract processing. Creation of recommendations for the ILS/ISS sub-project manager. Creation, editing, coordination, and maintenance of the necessary project management for the Support in his assigned area (WBS, work packages, etc.) in merging, managing and maintaining the requirements model in a requirements database; routing tasks to the specialist departments/groups; creating presentations

• Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium
• Ausbildung/Fortbildungen/Seminare/Workshops im Bereich Systems Engineering; idealerweise Zertifizierung als Systems Engineer
• Projektmanagement mindestens IPMA Level D
• Mehrjährige Berufspraxis auf dem Gebiet HVR/ILS; idealerweise im Bereich der deutschen Streitkräfte
• Erfahrung in Projekten mittlerer (technischer) Komplexität
• Mehrjährige Tätigkeiten im Bereich Systems Engineering, v.a. in der Anforderungsanalyse und Entwicklung
• Kenntnisse der ASD-Standards wünschenswert
• Kenntnisse statistischer Methoden
• Englisch in Wort und Schrift
• Schnelle Auffassungsgabe für komplexe Zusammenhänge
