Zusammenfassung

Greenventory GmbH sucht einen motivierten Projektingenieur (m/w/d) mit Fokus Heizungsnetze, der Transformationpläne und Machbarkeitsstudien betreut und Instrumente für die energiewirtschaftliche Planung weiterentwickelt.

Sie bringen mind. 2 Jahre Erfahrung in Heizungsnetzen bzw. TGA bzw. Tiefbau mit, arbeiten eigenständig, verfügen über CAD-Kenntnisse und kommunizieren flüend auf Deutsch; HOAI LP 5–9 sowie hydraulische Simulationen sind Pluspunkte.

Qualifikationen

• Sie haben mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in Heizungsnetzen, höhere Gebäudetechnik oder Civil Engineering.
• Praktische Erfahrungen in Heizungsnetzplanung HOAI LP 1–4.
• Sie arbeiten eigenverantwortlich an Ingenieurprojekten.
• Gutes Verständnis energy-systeme und energy-related topics.
• Erfahrung mit CAD-Modellierung.
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
• Motivation, Ihre Tools/Prozesse weiterzuentwickeln.
• Erfahrung HOAI LP 5–9 ist plus.
• Erfahrung mit hydraulischen Simulationen ist plus.
• Fähigkeiten in Simulation/Programmierung würden Sie weiterentwickeln wollen.

Aufgaben

• Transformationpläne und Machbarkeitsstudien nach HOAI LP 1–4 durchführen.
• Projekte eigenständig leiten und Verantwortung für Ergebnisse übernehmen.
• Technische und projektbezogene Ergebnisse berechnen, analysieren & bewerten.
• Spezialisierte Tools zur Unterstützung der Projektdurchführung entwickeln & verbessern.
• Ihre Expertise in Heizungsnetzen nutzen, um praktikable & nachhaltige Lösungen zu entwickeln.
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kolleg/innen und Projektpartnern für erfolgreiche Projektdurchführung.
• Ihr technisches Know-how in die Weiterentwicklung unserer Methoden, Prozesse & Tools einbringen.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated and solution-oriented Project Engineer (m/f/d) with a focus on heating grids to support the implementation of transformation plans and feasibility studies and to contribute to the development of innovative tools and solutions for future-oriented energy systems.

Tasks

• Executing transformation plans and feasibility studies in accordance with HOAI LP 1–4
• Managing projects independently and taking responsibility for project outcomes
• Calculating, analysing and evaluating technical and project-related results
• Developing and improving specialised tools to support project execution
• Applying your expertise in heating grids to develop practical and sustainable solutions
• Working closely with colleagues and project partners to successfully deliver projects
• Contributing your technical expertise to continuously improve our methods, processes and tools

Requirements

• You have at least 2 years of professional experience in heating grids, building services engineering or civil engineering
• You have practical experience in heating grid planning, particularly in HOAI LP 1–4
• You have experience working independently on engineering projects and taking responsibility for your work
• You have a good understanding of energy systems and energy-related topics
• You have experience and skills in CAD modelling
• You have very good German communication skills, both written and spoken
• You are motivated to contribute to the development and improvement of our tools and project processes
• Experience in HOAI LP 5–9 is a plus
• Experience with hydraulic simulations is a plus
• Skills in simulation and/or programming, together with a desire to develop these skills further, are a plus
