Overview

The focus of this position lies in the planning and execution phases of complex conversion projects for pharmaceutical production plants, specifically in ventilation technology, media technology, and cleanroom expansion. You will serve as the local contact person for all topics related to ventilation technology, media technology, and cleanroom expansion.

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for and participation in customer meetings
• Construction supervision for the ventilation and cleanroom technology trades
• Coordination of commissioning activities
• Support in preparing functional and performance specifications
• Technical and commercial management of suppliers and subcontractors
• Cost determination and execution of price comparisons

Qualifications

• Completed technical degree in civil engineering, supply engineering, building services engineering, or a comparable field
• Strong understanding of requirements within a GMP‑regulated environment (cleanroom, commissioning, qualification)
• Several years of professional experience in cleanroom technology, ideally with a focus on ventilation and air‑conditioning systems and interior finishing
• Knowledge of common standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., norms, VOB, etc.) is an advantage
• Strong technical understanding
• Fluent German and English skills
