Exyte in Stuttgart leads large EPC data center projects, driving excellence in EHS, schedule, quality, and cost while coordinating construction on site. You report to senior management as the top escalation point and build strong client partnerships to align stakeholders and standards on innovative, high-performance facilities.

The role requires long EPC project management experience, fluent German and English, and a solid understanding of CSA and MEP systems.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
• Longstanding EPC project management experience.
• Strong German and English written and verbal communication skills.
• Detailed knowledge in project execution and coordination.
• Good communication and motivational skills.
• Broad technical understanding of CSA and MEP systems.
• PMI certification would be an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Accountable for overall Project performance, including EHS, Financial, Schedule and Quality and construction for large EPC projects in the data center industry.
• Highest escalation level within the project to client, contractor and project team before corporate management.
• Develop and keep good communication and relationship with the Client.
• Report the project status to the company management as per corporate procedures.
• Stay on the project site and participate in the client management reporting meeting.
• Monitor and participate in the project risk identification and mitigation plan development process.
• Ensure corporate procedures, standards and guidelines are followed within the project disciplines.
• Define project strategies to achieve the project goals externally and internally.

In this key leadership role, you shape the success of large EPC data center projects by driving excellence in EHS, schedule, quality, financials, and construction. As the project’s top escalation point, you build strong client partnerships, ensure seamless stakeholder alignment, and champion our corporate standards. With a strong presence on site, you lead project strategy, manage risks proactively, and help deliver innovative, high-performance facilities in a dynamic, fast-growing industry.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Accountable for overall Project performance, including but not limited to EHS (Environment, Health & Safety), Financial, Schedule and Quality performance and construction for large EPC projects in the data center industry
• Highest escalation level within the project to client, contractor and the project team before the corporate management
• Develop and keep good communication and relationship with the Client
• Report the project status to the company management as per corporate procedures
• Stay on the project site and participate in the client management reporting meeting
• Monitor and participate in the project risk identification and mitigation plan development process
• Ensure corporate procedures, standards and guidelines are followed within the project disciplines (Project Management, Project Engineering & Design Manager, Project Commercial Manager, Project Site Manager / Construction Management)
• Define project strategies to achieve the project goals externally and internally

Show your expertise

• Degree in Engineering or related field preferred
• Longstanding experience in related industries, many years EPC project management experience
• Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills in German and in English
• Detailed knowledge in project execution and coordination
• Good communication and motivational skills
• Broad technical understanding of CSA (Civil Structural Architecture) and MEP systems
• PMI certification would be an advantage
