Your Tasks
  • Research work on potential service providers, suppliers, and partners
  • Benchmark industry standards and competitor practices as input for Development Strategy
  • Support in developing price, costs, and revenue models for BESS based on different technologies and market models
  • Develop PV and Hybrid (PV + BESS) projects in Germany first; other relevant markets could be possible
  • Establish first contacts and maintain good relations with all possible internal and external stakeholders (Stakeholder management)
  • Secure land rights and negotiate lease or purchase agreements
  • Monitor regulatory changes, e.g., incentives programs, grid codes
  • Conduct techno-commercial and environmental feasibility studies
  • Prepare regular progress reports for management and investors
Your profile
  • Degree in engineering (university studies – Bachelor/Master). Preferably renewable energy, environmental engineering, or business administration and Engineering or comparable qualification
  • 5 years of experience
  • Must Have: Strong background in Data research and knowledge and understanding of PV Solar systems
  • Nice to Have: Experience with solar industry
  • Nice to have: Familiarity with German Power Markets
  • Experience in MS office products and Power‑BI
  • Very good German skills and good English skills, Spanish is a plus
  • Your skills: Communicative teamplayer with passion for energy transition
  • Willingness to travel: Partially required (30 %)
  • Partial remote work possible, but not mandatory. Base office: Nuremberg or Kolitzheim or Berlin
