Impact Hub Berlin is looking for support our Programmes (short-term contract or freelance) with assisting in project management event execution and database management and dive into Berlin startup culture through stakeholder management.

Since 2014 we foster an impact-driven community host a creative space for engaging events and run social innovation programmes. As part of the Impact Hub global network made up of 100 locations and more than 25000 members were locally rooted and globally connected in our mission to help achieve the UNs Sustainable Development Goals.

We are Europes largest Impact Hub a 3500m2 circularly-built and run coworking space in Berlin Neukölln and we want you to be a part of making impact work.

Your deliverables

• Support the Programmes & Ecosystem Unit in the successful implementation of one or more projects
• Follow internal processes and provide on-the-ground support in operations outreach and execution
• Assist the project team in communication efforts and coordinate with the Marketing & Communications team
• Actively contribute to the projects presence on social media channels
• Represent your supervisor in meetings and workshops if needed
• Help conceptualize and prepare presentation materials; create and follow up on reports
• Take on additional tasks based on your interests and the teams needs

Your qualifications and skills

• You are enthusiastic about the work we do here at Impact Hub Berlin
• You have excellent spoken and written skills in English and German. Our working language is English but the project needs a German speaker (C1 and above)
• You are self-motivated and creative and able to structure your work.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
• Passion for innovation entrepreneurship and impact;
• The right to work in the EU and be based in Berlin.

We offer two options for this role :

Junior Full-Time Position

up to 40 hours / week starting as soon as possible in Berlin (Neukölln) for 6 months with the possibility of extension.

Freelancer Collaboration

If youre an experienced freelancer you can support us for approx. 20 hours / week.
