RxREVU, Inc. seeks a qualified professional to act as the primary Total Force Fitness (TFF) and Warfighter Performance Optimization (WPO) integrator for European Command (EUCOM).
The role covers planning, implementation, and evaluation of TFF and WPO across the EUCOM area of responsibility to empower leadership and drive readiness. Serve as the primary Total Force Fitness (TFF) and Warfighter Performance Optimization (WPO) integrator for European Command (EUCOM). Responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating TFF, and WPO across the EUCOM area of responsibility. Empower leadership by operationalizing the Department of War mandate: utilizing the modernized TFF framework as the foundation to drive WPO, an operational approach to maximize warfighter lethality, resilience, and readiness.

Position may be filled as a term appointment NTE 2 years. Term appointments may be extended beyond six (6) years, up to eight (8) years. With DoD approval, term appointments may be extended beyond eight (8) years. Current permanent Federal employees (to include permanent Army employees) applying for a term appointment will be appointed/converted into a term appointment with no statutory return rights back to a permanent position. This position may be made permanent.

In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Cous, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. One year of specialized experience which includes: 1) coordinating cross-functional program activities to strengthen performance assessment and support continuous improvement; 2) analyzing civilian compensation and benefit data to inform policy recommendations that enhance workforce stability; AND 3) evaluating quality of life program outcomes to support leadership decision-making and reinforce organizational readiness. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).
Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted.
Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-12).
