Zusammenfassung

CACI International is seeking a Program Manager- TMISS in Stuttgart, Germany, to lead a DoD advisory and capability-development program for USAREUR/AF G2. The role requires TS/SCI clearance, PMP/PgMP/PRINCE2, and 10+ years of DoD program management, including intelligence operations across CONUS/OCONUS.

You will oversee a multidisciplinary team, coordinate with government and industry partners, and ensure mission success.

Qualifikationen

  • Active TS/SCI clearance.
  • PMI PMP, PgMP, or PRINCE2 certification.
  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a technical field.
  • At least 10 years of experience planning, directing, coordinating, and managing DoD programs.
  • At least 5 years of intelligence-related experience including intelligence services support, operations, and security.
  • Experience with SOFA regulations and country-clearance processes.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to deploy to theater and travel periodically.
  • Experience coordinating across multiple CONUS/OCONUS locations.

Opportunity:

Serve as CACI's Program Manager and Task Order Program Manager (TOPM) supporting USAREUR/AF G2 and intelligence mission partners. This position is located in Stuttgart, Germany.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a complex DoD professional-services program supporting C5ISR advisory, analysis, planning, experimentation, concept testing, and capability development.
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team providing expertise to identify material and nonmaterial solutions addressing warfighter and intelligence-enterprise requirements.
  • Serve as CACI's primary Government point of contact for all Task Order matters.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to contractor personnel, including task assignment, technical oversight, performance management, staffing, and delivery of performance-based lines of effort.
  • Manage task-order execution, technical quality, business processes, transition support, compliance, risk, and coordination with CACI recruiting, security, contracts, subcontracts, and functional leaders.
  • Ensure efficient delivery across multiple CONUS and OCONUS locations.
  • Embed at USAREUR/AF G2 at Lucius Clay Kaserne, Wiesbaden, Germany, with periodic travel throughout the USEUCOM and US AFRICOM AORs/AOIs and other CONUS/OCONUS locations.
  • Provide expert advice, operational knowledge, planning, analysis, and technical expertise to develop current and future capabilities.
  • Collaborate with USAREUR/AF, DoD, industry, academia, laboratories, universities, agencies, and research partners to identify technology and capability enhancements.
  • Support assessments, courses of action, and planning to counter emerging threats, strengthen partner-nation capabilities, and support crisis response and contingency operations.
  • Promote collaboration and integration across strategic, operational, and tactical partners to improve efficiency and achieve USAREUR/AF G2 priorities.
  • Support technology and capability integration based on an understanding of deployed capabilities, emerging threats, and risks to USAREUR/AF G2 and U.S. national interests.
  • Provide daily feedback to the team regarding product development and task execution.
  • Support transition-in and transition-out activities while minimizing mission disruption and sustaining staffing readiness.
Qualifications:
  • Required:
  • Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance.
  • Active PMI PMP, PMI PgMP, or PRINCE2 certification.
  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree from an accredited academic institution or military school. A technical degree is preferred, including engineering, computer science, mathematics, operations research, physics, meteorology/atmospheric sciences, chemistry, architecture, or another related scientific discipline.
  • At least 10 years of experience planning, directing, coordinating, and managing DoD programs comparable in scope and complexity to this Task Order.
  • At least five years of intelligence-related experience, including:
  • Intelligence services support, intelligence technologies, military operations, and the intelligence life cycle.
  • Serving as a site lead and/or managing intelligence analysis, operations and planning, security support, and information systems operations, maintenance, and sustainment in both garrison and non-garrison/austere environments.
  • Managing performance-based lines of effort and/or programs across multiple OCONUS locations.
  • Experience with SOFA regulations and related country-clearance, visa, and administrative processes for personnel operating within the USAREUR-AF AOR.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to deploy to the required theater and travel periodically within CONUS and OCONUS locations.
  • Demonstrated ability to support transition activities and coordinate with transition, recruiting, security, contracts, and subcontracts stakeholders.
Desired:
  • Experience managing cost-type contracts.
  • More than three years of experience in a Joint Staff or Geographic Combatant Command environment.
  • Experience leading DoD development or operational test activities.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$126,100 - 277,300 USD
