We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **Program Manager** to lead and coordinate cross-functional initiatives within our Software Development department. This role ensures smooth execution of departmental programs and projects, manages coordination with internal and external stakeholders, and supports hiring and resource planning in collaboration with HR.
