Amazon is seeking a Program Manager Intern to take on real improvement and innovation projects across its European network. You will collaborate with a dedicated mentor and teams to learn, analyze data, and drive project milestones in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires penultimate-year students in Engineering, PM, or Business, fluent in English and German, with advanced Excel skills. Full-time internship (40h/week) for 6–12 months is offered with relocation support and benefits.

A day in the life

Every day is different as a Program Manager Intern. You'll work alongside your dedicated mentor and team on real improvement and innovation projects that support the growth of Amazon's European network. You might spend your morning analysing a large dataset to identify operational bottlenecks, then spend your afternoon aligning with stakeholders across different countries on a project rollout plan. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, track project milestones, and share updates with senior management.

Amazon is a data-driven business, so no matter which project you are working on, part of your role will involve extracting insights from data to drive decisions. You'll develop solutions to real operational challenges, test different approaches, and present your findings to leadership — building your analytical, communication, and project management skills in a fast-paced, international environment.

Basic Qualifications

• Currently in your penultimate year and working towards a university bachelor’s or master's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Management or similar discipline.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including: pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc.
• Available for a full-time internship (40 hours/week) and commit to 6 to 12 month internship maximum
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English and German

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify process improvements and innovative solutions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to collaborate effectively with others.
• Demonstrated curiosity, proactivity, and willingness to take on challenges in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
