The Role

The Program Manager will join our team to lead a strategic portfolio of contracts, programs, and projects. In this key position, you will take overall accountability for customer satisfaction, successful delivery of program outputs (including products, solutions, and services), and the achievement of financial performance objectives. Operating as a collaborative leader, you will connect with sales counterparts, cross-functional teams, and executive stakeholders to drive operational excellence, manage overall scope, and make a significant impact on urban mobility.

How to make an impact

• Facilitate and perform pre-sales activities associated with each account, including strategic planning with customers, providing sales quotes, and supporting RFPs in coordination with the Sales Manager.
• Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction by achieving and delivering contractual commitments while reinforcing adherence to terms and conditions.
• Develop, implement, and monitor structured processes, procedures, and schedules for meeting program deliverables and contract requirements.
• Proactively manage risks and issues across the program life cycle, devising clear mitigation plans and actions to resolve them.
• Take accountability for program financial performance, effectively managing contract P&L to achieve targeted turnover and margin objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities, assess change requests, and manage order pricing and margins.
• Provide clear, regular account and program status updates to customers and top management using business unit governance channels and tools.

Your background

• 5+ years of experience in project and program management, ideally within transport, mobility, or software integration companies.
• Proven ability to understand and align broad program objectives with business and strategic goals.
• Strong business acumen, including practical experience with financial management, budgeting, and contract negotiations.
• Experience managing contract P&Ls, achieving revenue targets, and maximizing margins.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical field or business administration; a PMP certification is highly preferred.
• Language requirements: English (C1) and German (C1 or native speaker)

This role is based in Berlin or Munich, Germany or Warsaw, Poland.
