The Role

An exciting opportunity is offered for an experienced and self‑reliant Program Manager (m/f/d) to become part of our dynamic team in Germany. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a portfolio of contracts in the area of parking programs and projects. The focus is on customer satisfaction, the successful implementation of program goals (products, solutions and services) as well as the financial achievement of goals. Your contribution

• Development of the program strategy together with the management team and the account manager.
• Effective management of contract execution after signing, taking into account technical, legal, financial and customer‑specific aspects.
• Leadership of the program team; setting key priorities and goals, as well as managing internal stakeholder relationships and collaboration with partners and suppliers.
• Provide reliable forecasts and ensure that sufficient resources are available for on‑time project implementation, operational maintenance and problem solving.
• Responsibility for meeting schedules by ensuring cross‑functional support.
• Acting as a central point of contact for the customer throughout the entire contract period.

Your profile

The successful individual is self‑reliant and able to manage several multimillion‑euro programs at the same time. You have entrepreneurial thinking, experience in financial management and budgeting, as well as negotiation skills, especially in contract negotiation.

Your background

• At least 5 years of experience in program management, ideally in transportation, mobility, or software integration.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the technical or business field (PMP certification very welcome).

This role is remote, based in Germany, and includes occasional trips to our offices in Berlin and Kiel for client meetings.
