Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems has an opening for a Program Manager 3 to join our F-35 Germany team of qualified, diverse individuals with our F-35 Program Management organization. This leadership role is in-country in Weeze, North Rhein-Westphalia, Germany.
In this role you will be managing the Northrop Grumman expatriate team stationed at Rheinmetall Aviation Services GmbH (RAS) at their facility in Weeze, Germany. You will be supporting the F-35 Program by ensuring the on-time F-35 Center Fuselage (CF) Production program in Weeze to meet the demands of the recurring production rate. This position requires an understanding of production and operating in a supplier facility, program management skills, proven strategic planning and business execution capabilities, as well as ability to work collaboratively. The position will be leadership interfacing with the Supplier Program Manager for RAS, Palmdale F-35 IPTs, F-35 Functional Support teams, Supplier Management Team leads and Customers in RAS’ baseline program plans, validating the updates, follow-up and reporting. The selected individual must have experience leading production program encompassing all the aspects of the rate readiness planning activities. In addition, the candidate should be able to interact and influence RAS’ management and communicate effectively with both oral and written presentations. The responsibilities include regular customer interface and establishing and maintaining customer and supplier relationships.
This expatriate assignment is expected to provide uninterrupted two (2) years in-country leadership.

Primary Level Salary Range: $175,500.00 - $263,300.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
