We are hiring an experienced SAP Program Manager for our client a global SAP transformation company specializing in S/4HANA and custom code modernization.

We're looking for someone with a technical SAP background who has personally worked as an ABAP developer earlier in their career and has since moved into project and program management.

You'll manage large SAP programs or multiple projects, work closely with customers and technical teams, and take ownership of delivery, governance, schedules, risks, budgets and stakeholder communication.

What we're looking for

• 10 to 15 years of total work experience. Please note that 15 years is the maximum experience for this role.
• Prior experience working as a Program Manager is mandatory.
• At least 1 to 2 years of hands-on SAP ABAP development experience.
• Strong experience managing SAP projects/programs and customer-facing delivery.
• Experience working with large IT services or IT outsourcing organizations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• SAP S/4HANA experience is preferred.
• German language proficiency is required. C1 and above German speakers will be prioritized.
• Must be based in Germany and comfortable with a hybrid working model.

Compensation: Up to €110,000 total compensation (fixed + bonus)
