Program Director Snapshot

We’re looking ahead to future opportunities for a Program Director who will lead strategic initiatives across our renewable energy portfolio.

In this role, you’ll shape and execute high-impact programs, manage utility-scale solar, wind, and storage projects, and collaborate with key stakeholders—from government agencies to industry partners. You’ll also mentor a talented team and ensure compliance with evolving energy regulations.

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven leadership in renewable energy program management
• Strong project execution and stakeholder engagement skills
• Indirectly leading others by motivating and influencing them.
• Deep understanding of clean energy technologies and market trends
• 10+ years of experience, ideally in utility-scale renewables
• A degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (advanced degree preferred)
