Qualifikationen

• Proof of extraordinary qualification for scientific work via outstanding doctorate and/or publications.
• Minimum three years of professional experience, two years outside university after master's.
• Experience teaching in university classrooms, blended and online.
• High affinity for computer science topics.
• Expertise in core web technologies with at least one subfield (full-stack, web architectures, or cross-platform mobile dev).
• Proficiency with modern languages and tools such as TypeScript, Node.js, React, Angular, Flutter, or REST APIs.
• International experience and fluent English for teaching and research.
• Significant publications and research experience, ideally including funding.
• Ability to provide new directions for research and teaching.
• Experience in curriculum development and accreditation is a plus.

Among others the requirements for professorship are:

• Completed university studies.
• Proof of extraordinary qualification for scientific work in the form of an outstanding doctorate and/or outstanding scientific publications.
• Qualified professional experience in the field of the professorship, at least three years, two of them outside of a university after having obtained a master’s degree or equivalent.
• You are experienced in teaching in university classrooms, with blended and online approaches. Your students confirm in their evaluations an excellent quality of teaching and pedagogical aptitude.
• You have a high affinity for computer science topics.
• You have strong expertise in core areas of web technologies, with specialized knowledge in at least one subfield such as full-stack web development, web architectures, or cross-platform mobile application development.
• You demonstrate practical proficiency with modern programming languages, frameworks, and state-of-the-art tools and technologies commonly used in the industry, such as TypeScript, Node.js, React, Angular, Flutter, or REST APIs.
• You are internationally experienced and fluent in English for teaching and research purposes
• You demonstrate significant publications.
• You possess research experience, ideally including the acquisition of funding.
• You will provide new innovative directions for research and teaching.
• Ideally, you are experienced in curriculum development and accreditation processes.
