Qualifications

About The Role

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for working voice professionals. No AI background needed — just a commanding German voice, a professional setup, and a sharp ear for quality.

What You'll Do

• Record high-quality German-language audio using a large diaphragm microphone, following provided scripts and creative prompts
• Evaluate AI-generated speech for naturalness, pronunciation accuracy, emotional expression, and overall flow
• Provide detailed, actionable feedback to improve synthesized voice outputs
• Review and suggest refinements to scripts to enhance clarity and ensure authentic-sounding delivery
• Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Experienced in voice acting, narration, audiobook recording, or related performance-based audio work
• Native or near-native fluency in German with a strong command of pronunciation and intonation
• Owner of a professional-grade large diaphragm microphone and access to a quiet, acoustically controlled recording space
• Able to deliver engaging, expressive, and well-articulated vocal performances consistently
• Naturally detail-oriented with a trained ear for tone, clarity, and nuance

Nice to Have

• Experience across multiple German regional accents or dialects
• Background in broadcast, theatre, film dubbing, or commercial voice work
• Familiarity with audio editing tools or DAW software
• Prior exposure to AI voice evaluation or speech technology projects
