DACHSER SE is seeking a training specialist to design and deliver training programs for the Othello TMS. You will create engaging e-learning modules for global branches and help onboard staff in air and sea freight operations.

You will collaborate with teams worldwide to develop effective training content, deliver sessions in English and German, and craft clear training materials to support continuous learning.

Formación

• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong MS Office skills.
• Experience in freight forwarding/logistics industry.

Tasks

• You will further develop, design, and deliver our standard training programs for our transportation management system "Othello" and, independently, conduct training sessions in both German and English.
• You will design and create engaging, modern e-learning courses for our branches worldwide, supporting the onboarding and development of new colleagues in our air and sea freight operations.
• You will collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement practical, English-language training content and contribute your own ideas to continuously improve learning solutions.
• You will create clear, user-friendly training materials in English.

Qualifications

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship in Freight Forwarding and Logistics Services, a commercial qualification, or a degree in a related field.
• You have gained practical experience in the freight forwarding and logistics industry.
• You possess advanced MS Office skills.
• You have excellent written and spoken English skills.
• You enjoy sharing your knowledge, facilitating learning, and presenting new topics to diverse audiences.
• You are self-motivated, eager to learn, reliable, and open to different cultures, working styles, and methodologies.
• Due to the international nature of the role, occasional business travel (approximately 4-6 weeks per year) is desirable.
