Elanco Animal Health is hiring a Production Worker (m/f/d) in Cuxhaven, Germany to produce viral and bacterial vaccines and to operate production equipment in a GMP environment.

You will help ensure a smooth workflow, maintain documentation, perform cleaning and pre-/post-processing tasks, and may be deployed in other production areas. We offer meal allowances, vacation days, a company pension scheme, and opportunities for development in a global pharmaceutical company.

Qualifikationen

• Vocational training or apprenticeship in pharma/biology/chemistry fields is required.

Responsibilities

• Produce viral/bacterial vaccines.
• Operate, set up, and monitor production equipment independently.
• Ensure smooth production workflow and documentation in accordance with GMP guidelines.
• Perform cleaning and pre-/post-processing tasks.
• Possible deployment in other production areas at Cuxhaven.
• Book process orders in the system.
• Conduct hygiene monitoring.

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training in pharmaceutical, biological, or chemical-technological field; food technology acceptable. Transitioners welcome.
• Experience in GMP environment or complex production equipment operation.
• High hygiene awareness.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekend duty, and shift work.
• Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and team spirit.
• Independent and structured work style.
• Strong commitment and safety and responsibility awareness.
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP is advantageous.
• Good German oral and written skills; English desirable.
