Zusammenfassung

Advantest is seeking a seasoned Product Owner to lead scalable production tooling systems across end-to-end manufacturing flows. You will drive automation-first execution, industrialize pilots to multi-site deployments, and ensure production-grade operations with monitoring and rapid issue resolution.

You will align engineering, operations, IT and external partners to deliver integrated MES-enabled solutions across sites, embedding integrity and continuous improvement into daily practice.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in product ownership, product management, or technical leadership.
• Proven track record of building and scaling production ecosystems for high-volume manufacturing.
• Strong experience in automation and industrialization of manufacturing processes.
• Deep understanding of production systems, data flows, and system integration in complex industrial environments.
• Experience owning end-to-end product or system lifecycle from requirements to production.
• Ability to drive cross-functional alignment with engineering, operations, IT and external partners.

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Computer Engineering or a related technical field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
• 8+ years in product ownership, product management, or technical leadership.
• Proven track record of building and scaling production ecosystems for high-volume manufacturing, with demonstrated impact on throughput, quality, or efficiency
• Strong experience in automation and industrialization of manufacturing processes, including deploying tools across multiple sites or Contract Manufacturers with minimal manual intervention
• Deep understanding of production systems, data flows, and system integration (e.g. MES, analytics platforms, API-based architectures) in complex industrial environments
• Experience owning end-to-end product or system lifecycle, from requirements translation through deployment and stable operation in production-critical environments
• Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional alignment and transformation, working with engineering, operations, IT, and external partners to deliver scalable production solutions
