Quantum-Systems GmbH in Göppingen is seeking a Production Planner UGV to own production planning, capacity alignment, and ERP/MES-driven control for our unmanned ground systems line. You will ensure materials, capacity, and workforce alignment to enable a scalable serial production environment, while coordinating with cross-functional teams to drive improvements.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or comparable field; alternatively, equivalent professional experience in production planning.
• Experience in production planning and/or capacity planning, ideally within automotive, machinery, manufacturing, robotics, or related industries.
• Strong experience with ERP and MES systems as well as Excel and data analysis tools.
• Excellent analytical thinking and organizational skills, with the ability to adapt effectively to short-term planning changes.
• Structured, proactive, and communicative working style.
• Collaborative and professional approach to working with Production, Logistics, Quality, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams.
• Good German and English language skills.

Aufgaben

• Create and continuously adjust production and capacity plans for Mandrill UGVs and future LAND platforms.
• Coordinate customer orders, BOMs, and material availability with Logistics and Procurement.
• Monitor production progress and proactively identify bottlenecks related to materials, capacity, or workforce availability.
• Prioritize and schedule production orders in Operations1/MES in alignment with customer delivery dates and ramp-up targets.
• Support the planning and execution of validation builds and LRIP ramp-up activities.
• Prepare reports and KPIs related to production progress, throughput, and on-time delivery performance for management and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with Production, Industrialization, Logistics, Quality, and Sales/Program Management to ensure aligned production planning.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of planning processes and planning tools.

As a Production Planner UGV (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the operational production planning and control of our unmanned ground systems manufacturing at our Göppingen site. You will ensure that materials, capacity, and workforce resources are aligned and available on time, playing a key role in transforming our LAND production from prototype-based manufacturing into a robust, repeatable, and scalable serial production environment.

You will work closely with Production, Logistics, Procurement, Quality, and Program Management teams to ensure realistic and transparent production planning while actively contributing feedback to the continuous improvement of planning processes.

What is your Day to Day Mission:

• Create and continuously adjust production and capacity plans for Mandrill UGVs and future LAND platforms.

• Coordinate customer orders, bills of materials (BOMs), and material availability with Logistics and Procurement.

• Monitor production progress and proactively identify bottlenecks related to materials, capacity, or workforce availability.

• Prioritize and schedule production orders in Operations1/MES in alignment with customer delivery dates and ramp-up targets.

• Support the planning and execution of validation builds and Low-Rate Initial Production (LRIP) ramp-up activities.

• Prepare reports and KPIs related to production progress, throughput, and on-time delivery performance for management and key stakeholders.
