Zusammenfassung

Experts Group International is seeking a hands-on Production Controller to act as the central point of contact between the production floor and management, driving transparency and performance across our manufacturing operations.

You will analyze production performance, support costings and planning (CRP, MRP, OEE), identify optimization opportunities and contribute to monthly closings, budgets and forecasts. Fluent English is required; German is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in business/finance/controlling or equivalent qualification.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Production Controller in manufacturing.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with a practical mindset.
• Proficient in MS Office, ERP and BI systems (SAP, Power BI).
• Very good English (B2 or above); German advantageous.

Your Responsibilities

• Act as the central point of contact for the Production Manager and management team on all controlling-related topics.
• Analyze production performance, profitability, and cost structures to create transparency and identify optimization potential.
• Support product costing and production planning, including optimization of machine utilization and resource planning (CRP, MRP, OEE).
• Conduct process analyses to identify idle time and waste, and to improve energy efficiency.
• Contribute to monthly and annual financial closings as well as budget and forecast planning.
• Further develop the controlling toolkit to optimize performance management.
• Support investment controlling, efficiency projects, and economic feasibility (business case)
• analyses.

What You Bring

• A completed degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, Industrial Engineering — or equivalent hands-on professional qualification.
• At least 5 years of professional experience as a Production Controller in an industrial / manufacturing company.
• Strong numerical aptitude, analytical skills, and a solution-oriented way of working.
• Experience using MS Office (especially Excel) as well as ERP and BI systems (e.g. SAP, Power BI).
• Very good English skills (B2 level or above); German language skills advantageous.
• Team spirit, initiative, and strategic thinking, combined with a genuine hands-on mentality.
