Experts Group International in Baden-Württemberg seeks a Production Controller to serve as the central contact for the Production Manager on controlling topics, driving transparency and cost optimization.

You analyze production performance, support costing and planning (CRP, MRP, OEE), identify idle time and waste, and contribute to monthly/annual closings and budgeting, while advancing the Controlling toolkit and investment analyses.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, or Industrial Engineering.
• At least 5 years as Production Controller in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with a practical, solution-focused approach.
• Experience with Excel and ERP/BI tools (SAP, Power BI).
• Good English (B2+); German is a plus.

What You Bring

• A completed degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, Industrial Engineering — or
• At least 5 years of professional experience as a Production Controller in an industrial / manufacturing company.
• Strong numerical aptitude, analytical skills, and a solution-oriented way of working.
• Experience using MS Office (especially Excel) as well as ERP and BI systems (e.g. SAP, Power BI).
• Very good English skills (B2 level or above); German language skills advantageous.
• Team spirit, initiative, and strategic thinking, combined with a genuine hands-on mentality.
