Experts Group International is seeking a proactive Production Controller to bridge the production floor and management, turning data into actionable insights. This hands-on role sits on the shop floor while driving financial performance and continuous improvement.

You will analyse production profitability, support costing and planning, and contribute to monthly closings and forecasts, leveraging SAP and Power BI to optimise resource use and energy efficiency.

Qualificações

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling or Industrial Engineering
• 5+ years of experience as a Production Controller in an industrial/manufacturing company
• Strong numerical and analytical skills; solution-oriented
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with SAP and Power BI

Responsabilidades

• Act as the main point of contact for the Production Manager and management team on all controlling topics
• Analyse production performance, profitability and cost structures, and uncover optimisation potential
• Support product costing and production planning, including machine utilisation and resource planning (CRP, MRP, OEE)
• Run process analyses to reduce idle time and waste and to improve energy efficiency
• Contribute to monthly and annual closings, budgeting and forecasting
• Develop the controlling toolkit and strengthen performance management
• Support investment controlling, efficiency projects and business case analyses

What you'll do
