Job summary

Gulp Ag in Munich seeks a data-driven IT professional to shape digitization of vehicle homologation. You will configure, maintain, and further develop IT systems for generating international vehicle registration documents, and analyze large datasets while cleaning unstructured data.

Job description

Actively shape the digital transformation of vehicle homologation in the commercial vehicle sector and ensure the global vehicle approval of state‑of‑the‑art transport solutions through innovative data and IT processes. Your responsibilities will include: configuring, maintaining, and further developing IT systems for generating international vehicle registration documents; analyzing, processing, and ensuring the quality of large datasets, as well as cleaning unstructured data; identifying optimization potential and developing automation and AI solutions to increase efficiency; assuming the product owner role for specialized homologation and registration systems; and coordinating technical requirements with interfaces and internal and external stakeholders.

Successfully completed studies in computer science, business informatics, engineering or a comparable qualification

Strong IT affinity, structured thinking skills and enjoyment of working with data-driven processes

Practical experience in the development of automation solutions such as Power Automate, VBA, AI applications or similar tools

Basic understanding of data models, system interfaces, and complex IT architectures

Industry knowledge in product data management or vehicle homologation such as TypeMaster is advantageous.

High level of initiative, pronounced all-rounder mentality and enthusiasm for networking specialist and IT topics
