Join TecAlliance as a Product Owner (m / f / d).

This position will be allocated to the Global Data Platform initiative. A modern, cloud-based and modular data management platform eco-system for global data management.

As the Product Owner (m / f / d) of the Global Data Platform, you will play a key role in designing, building, and optimizing our data-driven future Eco-System. Your expertise will shape the future of our platform by ensuring continuous development and improvement of the platform and securing business value and outcome.

The IM Digitalization Tools department acts as internal IT service provider for the TecAlliance Information Management Data Factory.

We are a diverse and global team with over 40 team members in Europe and Vietnam.

Our goal is to support the IM Data Factory by providing IT solutions, optimizing processes and decreasing manual efforts during the essential step of capturing and standardizing (vehicle) technical data.

We work in small teams and following agile principals in order to create value and continuously improve our way of working.

Your Tasks :

In this role, you will be responsible for the strategic and operational success of the product :

• Take full end-to-end ownership of the Global Data Platform, including strategy, decision-making, and prioritization.
• Define and shape the product vision, design, and requirements in close collaboration with the product team.
• Plan and oversee product realization, maintenance, and operations, including backlog management and release planning.
• Engage, align, and manage all product-related stakeholders to ensure transparency and effective collaboration.
• Provide functional leadership to the Global Data Platform Team, including regular feedback and identifying individual development needs, in cooperation with Agile Masters and technical coordinators.
• Drive continuous improvement of the product through feedback, data insights, and innovation.
• Ensure and coordinate user training, enabling successful onboarding and product adoption.
• Plan, design, facilitate, and conduct workshops for internal teams and external partners.

Your Profile :

• 5 years of professional experience in a comparable position.
• Product Owner (PO) certification, Project Management certification (nice-to-have)
• Experience in leading a team and HR responsibility (nice to have).
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and work with international teams.
• Professional English language skills (spoken and written).
