Zusammenfassung

DKB is looking for a Product Manager to actively shape and evolve the DKB website, supporting its redesign and enhancing core touchpoints like the chatbot and financial education content. You will drive the website as the central information and digital sales hub, ensuring customers can quickly find relevant information and access digital services.

You will work with stakeholders to translate requirements into a clear, measurable roadmap and proactively identify improvement opportunities.

• Shape the DKB website, support its redesign, and enhance dkb.de and key touchpoints (chatbot, education content, product pages).
• Develop the website as a central information and digital sales platform; ensure quick information access and easy digital services.
• Prioritize requirements by impact and translate them with stakeholders into a measurable product roadmap.
• Identify improvement opportunities and turn ideas into concrete product initiatives from business needs or data insights.
