WORK Microwave GmbH in Holzkirchen near Munich seeks a Product Manager for Virtual/Digital SATCOM Solutions. Drive roadmaps for DIFI-based products and collaborate across engineering, sales, marketing, and operations to bring concepts to launch.

The role requires a degree in Electrical Engineering or Communications, 5+ years in product management in SATCOM, cloud familiarity (AWS/Azure), and ideally DIFI/IP knowledge. Travel may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Communications, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in SATCOM or similar industries.
• Good understanding of satellite communication technologies, standards, and market trends.
• Proven expertise in defining product level technical requirements, working with complex systems and managing sub-suppliers.
• Understanding of cloud technologies and platforms like AWS, Azure or other cloud providers.
• Knowledge of VITA 49.2 based DIFI protocol and IP networking desirable.
• Experience with RF systems, modems, ground stations, or satellite payloads desirable.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
• Good knowledge in English and German (added advantage)

• Leads high-level stakeholder gate reviews, presenting project status, risks, and ROI recommendations to secure go/no-go decisions.
• Monitor product performance and customer satisfaction post-launch.
