Job summary

time:matters GmbH is seeking a skilled professional to shape the strategy and roadmap for Time Critical Solutions. You will develop playbooks and frameworks to address urgent customer needs, while driving innovation across OBC, Charters, Sameday products and related services.

Ensure premium service quality and collaborate with sales, IT and operations to deliver rapid, data-driven improvements. Fluency in English and German is required, with extensive experience in freight/logistics, and the

• Support Sales with rapid and accurate solution design.
• Monitor performance and customer feedback to drive improvements.
• Collaborate with Network & Partner Management on partner capabilities and performance.
• Act as interface to IT and Project Management for solution-related system enhancements.
• Communicate strategy and updates to stakeholders.
