Jobbeschreibung

At Joko, our mission is to we help consumers save time and money when shopping online or in-store.

Founded in Paris, Joko is a tech company and certified B Corp with over 105 talents across Paris, Barcelona, and New York (and beyond). More than 6 million users already save money every day at 10,000+ merchants with Joko.

From cashback and automatic coupons to price alerts, we've kept expanding our products to make shopping smarter. Today, Joko is an AI shopping app: with Juno, our shopping assistant, users can find the right product at the best price in only a few seconds, with recommendations that get sharper the more they use it.

Having reached profitability in our core market, we're now scaling globally, with a strong focus on the US.

Our Product Team

Led by Fabien, our VP Product, Joko's Product team groups the passionate individuals behind our users' delight! From brainstorming to development to launch, the Product team's main mission is to turn ideas into reality by working hand-in-hand with the Engineering, Design, and Business teams.

Joko is organized into four product tribes, each owning a key dimension of the company's value:

  • Business lines owns the current core value proposition, covering online shopping, in-store experiences, and gift cards, each run as a dedicated team.
  • Scale focuses on growing and amplifying this value through growth, international expansion, and shared core user experiences across the app.
  • Juno builds the next value proposition: an AI shopping assistant that finds the right product at the best price in seconds, backed by a universal catalog of what merchants actually sell.
  • Platform serves teams and non user-facing stakeholders, owning internal tools, infrastructure, compliance, and operational scalability.
The Platform task force

Platform is a task force that owns everything making Joko's own machine run faster and more safely. Its users are the teams inside the company. It is built on two pillars: raising productivity, and raising confidence.

Productivity

means giving every team at Joko the leverage to do more without growing headcount: internal tools, automation, and increasingly the ability for anyone to build agents that do real work on their behalf, safely and within their own permissions.

Confidence

means full visibility over what happens to Joko's data --- by people, by systems, and now by agents --- together with the security, compliance and reliability foundations a company trusted by millions of users owes them.

The task force is a small, autonomous team: a Product Manager who owns it, a Product Designer, and software engineers, working alongside Ops. It is a technical roadmap with measurable business impact --- time saved across the company, infrastructure cost removed, risk reduced.

What You Will Do

As Product Manager for the Platform task force, you own it. You will map what teams do today, decide what gets built, and ship it across several internal scopes. You will report to Fabien, our VP Product, who leads the tribe, and work with a Product Designer and software engineers. Your users sit a few desks away, which makes discovery fast and accountability unavoidable.

  • Intake across your scopes: You will own a set of internal domains across the company. For each, you map what the team does today in our internal tools, what it costs them, and what they need next. This runs permanently, as a standing part of the job.
  • Build the automation layer: The approach is capability first: expose an action as a scoped tool, write the instructions an agent needs to use it well, then let the agent run the job. Interfaces come only where they earn their place. Deciding what deserves a screen is a genuinely new kind of product judgment.
  • Retire what should not exist: Part of the mandate is subtractive: migrating off tools that have outlived their purpose and progressively switching off legacy systems. You will sequence those migrations without breaking the teams that depend on them every day.
  • Security, compliance & reliability: You will own product work on identity and access, data retention and minimization, log centralization, audit, and test coverage. The requirement often comes from Legal or an auditor, and still has to be shaped into something people will actually adopt.
  • Permissions as a product problem: An agent must never hold more access than the person it acts for, every action must be attributable, and revocation must be immediate. Designing that model, and making it usable, is one of the most interesting problems in the scope.
  • Efficiency metrics: You will define success in time saved, cost reduced, risk removed, and adoption by internal teams, and prioritise against it.
  • Stakeholder alignment: You will be the point of contact for internal stakeholders across Engineering, Ops, Finance, Legal, Data and Care, structuring their demands and arbitrating between them.
Who We're Looking For
  • Experience: You have 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager. A background on internal tools, back-office products, APIs, platforms, or complex B2B products is a strong plus.
  • Product for teams mindset: You are comfortable building for internal users, where the bar is efficiency, robustness and adoption. Problems nobody outside the company will ever see still energise you.
  • AI fluency --- hands-on: This scope is being rebuilt around agents, so this criterion carries the most weight. You use AI tools daily in your own work, you understand what agents are actually good and bad at, and you have opinions about where automation belongs.
  • Strong technical appetite: You are curious and hands-on with infrastructure, permissions, reliability, security, compliance, and data architecture. Coding is not required, but you need to understand how things work.
  • Stakeholder leadership: You are excellent at alignment, prioritization, and saying no. You can navigate many dependencies and make trade-offs explicit.
  • Analytical & pragmatic: You are data-driven, impact-oriented, and you go straight for the real operational problem.
  • Communication: You are a clear, structured communicator, able to translate complex technical topics into business impact.
  • Location: Based in France or Spain.
  • Languages: Fluent in English, both written and spoken. French is a plus, but it is optional.
  • Mindset: You are ownership-driven, resilient, and motivated by solving hard, unglamorous but high-impact problems that make the whole company better. You have an entrepreneurial mindset, you like challenges, you welcome feedback and you love constantly learning and getting better.
