Tandem is seeking a data-driven product manager to help improve the member experience. You will own the end-to-end product process for consumer mobile apps, using analytics to guide bets and decisions.

Join a global team, work in a hybrid Berlin setting, and collaborate with design and engineering to ship impactful features that move metrics.

Your role will be to:

• Run the experiment loop: hypothesis, spec, launch, readout, ship or kill. Keep a steady cadence of live tests.
• Find the next bets from data, research, and member feedback - not from a backlog of random ideas.
• Spec and land a small number of features with design and engineering; you are accountable for the outcome, not the ticket.
• Share results in a way the rest of Tandem can act on.

You are the right fit for the role if you:

• Have 3+ years of product management experience, including consumer mobile apps at scale.
• Are analytical: you know the metrics that matter, can reason about experiments and statistical results, and are fluent in product analytics.
• Have a proactive, independent way of working, with leadership and ownership you can point to - not only ideas, but things you shipped.
• Are a clear communicator and a strong collaborator, with excellent written and spoken English.
• Care about simple, intuitive user experiences and can work closely with design to get there.
• Like hard problems and stay with them until they are solved.
• Use AI in your own work to move faster, and are thoughtful about where it belongs in product operations.
