The Mobility House is seeking a Product Manager for the Home Energy Solution (B2C/B2B) to own the smart charging product across the entire lifecycle. You will design, launch and operate products based on our technologies and customer insights, guiding strategy to broaden the addressable market.

You will collaborate with home energy management partners and internal teams—technology, energy supply and hardware—to ensure a seamless end-to-end user experience, with a focus on Germany and potential

Qualifikationen

• At least three years as a Product Manager or Product Owner.
• Experience in the energy industry, ideally B2C energy products.
• Experience in home energy management, energy or electric mobility sectors.
• Able to work in a rapidly changing environment and create new products from scratch.
• Keep the big picture and manage conflicting interests.
• Team player with cross-functional collaboration.
• Fluent in German and English.

Aufgaben

• Own our smart charging product and Home Energy Solution across the product lifecycle.
• Design, create, launch and operate products based on existing and newly developed technology.
• Talk to customers to uncover needs and shape loved solutions.
• Define product strategy to expand addressable market and international growth.
• Ensure launch activities are tackled and shared with partners and internally.
• Collaborate with home energy management partners for seamless integration (Germany focus).
• Work with technology, energy supply and hardware teams for end-to-end UX.
• Align with stakeholders and be the first contact for beyond and Home Energy Solutions.
• Monitor financial performance and adapt roadmaps and planning.
• Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, competition and derive product implications.

What you do

• As Product Manager Home Energy Solution (B2C/B2B), you are responsible for our smart charging product and our home energy solution over the whole product lifecycle
• You design, create, launch and operate products based on our existing and new ly developed technology and the experience we gathered
• You talk to customers to uncover their needs and shape solutions they love
• You define the product strategy to increase the addressable market and to potentially bring the product to further countries
• You ensure that all launch activities are tackled and transparently shared with partners and internally
• You work together with home energy management partner s to ensure seamless integration with a first focus on Germany
• You work closely together with our technology , energy supply and hardware team to ensure a smooth end-to-end user experience
• You align frequently with internal and external stakeholders and are the first contact person for eyond and our Home Energy Solutions
• You monitor financial performance of your products and adapt roadmaps and planning accordingly
• You are constantly monitoring the market, regulatory changes, competition and trends in the E-Mobility and Energy Sector and derive consequences for the development of our products

Who you are

• You have at least three years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner.
• You worked in the energy industry in the past, preferably as product manager for a B2C energy product
• You already gathered experience in the home energy management, energy or electric mobility sector.
• You are excited to work in a rapidly changing environment and to create a new products from the scratch
• You can keep the big picture in mind and manage conflicting interests accordingly.
• You excel when working with internal and external stakeholders.
• You are a team player, enjoy working in cross-functional teams and have a hands-on mentality.
• You speak German & English fluently
