The Mobility House Energy in Munich is seeking a Product Manager for Home Energy Solutions. You will own the smart charging and home energy product lifecycle, shaping solutions customers love and aligning with partners across markets.

You will define strategy, launch activities, and coordinate with technology, energy supply, and hardware teams. German and English fluency, plus energy sector experience, are essential.

Qualifikationen

• At least three years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner.
• Experience in the energy industry, preferably as product manager for a B2C energy product.
• Experience in home energy management, energy or electric mobility sector.
• Able to work in a rapidly changing environment and create new products from scratch.
• Keep the big picture and manage conflicting interests accordingly.
• Excel at working with internal and external stakeholders.
• Team player with cross-functional collaboration and hands-on mentality.
• Fluent in German and English.

Aufgaben

• As Product Manager Home Energy Solution, you are responsible for our smart charging product and home energy solution across the full lifecycle.
• Design, create, launch and operate products based on our technology and experience.
• Talk to customers to uncover needs and shape lovable solutions.
• Define product strategy to increase addressable market and expand to further countries.
• Ensure launch activities are tackled and transparently shared with partners and internally.
• Collaborate with home energy management partners for seamless integration with a first focus on Germany.
• Work with technology, energy supply and hardware teams for a smooth end-to-end user experience.
• Align with internal and external stakeholders; be the first contact for beyond and Home Energy Solutions.
• Monitor financial performance and adapt roadmaps and planning accordingly.
• Monitor market, regulations, competition and trends in E-Mobility and Energy Sector; derive product implications.

What you do

• As Product Manager Home Energy Solution (B2C/B2B), you are responsible for our smart charging product and our home energy solution over the whole product lifecycle
• You design, create, launch and operate products based on our existing and newly developed technology and the experience we gathered
• You talk to customers to uncover their needs and shape solutions they love
• You define the product strategy to increase the addressable market and to potentially bringthe product to further countries
• You ensure that all launch activities are tackled and transparently shared with partners and internally
• You work together with home energy management partners to ensure seamless integration with a first focus on Germany
• You work closely together with our technology, energy supply and hardware team to ensure a smooth end-to-end user experience
• You align frequently with internal and external stakeholders and are the first contact person for eyond and our Home Energy Solutions
• You monitor financial performance of your products and adapt roadmaps and planning accordingly
• You are constantly monitoring the market, regulatory changes, competition and trends in the E-Mobility and Energy Sector and derive consequences for the development of our products

Who you are

• You have at least three years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner.
• You worked in the energy industry in the past, preferablyas product manager for a B2C energy product
• You already gathered experience in the home energy management, energy or electric mobility sector.
• You are excited to work in a rapidly changing environment and to create a new products from the scratch
• You can keep the big picture in mind and manage conflicting interests accordingly.
• You excel when working with internal and external stakeholders.
• You are a team player, enjoy working in cross-functional teams and have a hands-on mentality.
• You speak German & English fluently
