Job Description

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Logistics Workforce Tribe on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences. You will help us create a fast, reliable and transparent delivery experience for our riders around the world. Our Tribe covers all elements of the rider journey and life cycle, ranging from onboarding to planning work hours, to creating incentives for riders. As the Product Manager for the Workforce Management squad, you will own the product that all Delivery Hero markets use to efficiently manage their entire rider fleet. You will lead the vision, strategy, and initiatives to increase rider compliance and work readiness, to ensure a healthy and sufficient rider fleet in every city that could meet customer demand. Your Mission
  • Become an expert on how local managers handle and manage their rider data and documents to maintain fleet health and rider eligibility.
  • Use data to generate actionable insights, to leverage those insights to achieve goals set for the product, and to connect those quantified goals to meaningful outcomes for the business.
  • Translate and prioritise business goals, strategic targets, and user needs into a roadmap while considering adaptability throughout execution.
  • Own a clear set of KPIs that drives your vision and be responsible to measure the impact of everything you implement and launch.
  • Work directly with a cross-functional team in facilitating user research, collaborating with UI/UX designers, leading the execution with engineers, and ensuring a timely roll-out.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Operations, Product Support or a related field.
  • Ability to learn fast and work in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • A commitment to continuous improvements, a sense of ownership, solution and growth-oriented mindset.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use data to back up assumptions, recommendations, and to drive prioritization on initiatives.
  • Ability to weigh competing priorities, pushback on stakeholders, and evaluate product requests and opportunities.
  • Data-driven and detail-oriented to dive deep into issues, configurations, and user needs, while also keeping the big picture in mind to align with long-term strategy and overall product priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate business needs into product requirements.
