Zusammenfassung

RIB Software GmbH приглашает в команду PM, чтобы развивать RIB Finance — ERP-решение на Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Команда международная, есть возможность влиять на развитие продукта и участвовать в релизах. Требуется опыт в финане, хорошее знание German и English, а также интерес к цифровым решениям и процессам.

Qualifikationen

• Законченное образование в области финансов и учёта, экономическое/бухгалтерское направление.
• Практический опыт финансового учёта, контроллинга, желательно в строительной отрасли.
• Опыт работы с ERP-системами, предпочтительно Dynamics NAV/Business Central.

Aufgaben

• Разработка и непрерывная оптимизация финансовых процессов: учет, расчёты, платежи.
• Анализ требований клиентов и проектов для создания решений.
• Консультирование и взаимодействие между разработкой, консалтингом и заказчиками.
• Проектирование, обзор и обеспечение качества новых функций, поддержка релизов продукта.
• Подготовка функциональных спецификаций и документов, обучение внутри компании и клиентам.
• Поддержка проектов клиентов и ответы на вопросы по финансовым процессам и ERP-решениям.
• Участие в развитии RIB Finance для практичных решений в строительной и real estate индустрии.

Become part of our Product Management team and shape the further development of RIB Finance, our ERP solution based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. As the interface between customers, Consulting and Development, you will contribute your finance and ERP expertise, optimise integrated business processes and create real value for the construction and real estate industry. You will work in an international team with plenty of scope to shape things and a direct influence on product development.

• Design and continuously optimise integrated financial processes – from financial accounting through cost and asset accounting to payment transactions.
• Analyse and evaluate customer and project requirements and translate them into future-proof product solutions.
• Provide professional guidance and advice as the central interface between Development, Consulting, Support and other stakeholders.
• Design, review and quality-assure new features, and actively support product releases.
• Prepare functional specifications and documentation, and deliver training for internal teams and customers.
• Support customer projects and answer specialist questions about financial processes and ERP solutions.
• Actively contribute to the further development of RIB Finance with the aim of creating efficient, practical solutions for the construction and real estate industry.

Требования:

• Successfully completed degree in business administration with a focus on finance and accounting, or comparable commercial training.
• Several years of practical experience in finance and accounting or controlling, ideally in a construction or project environment.
• In-depth knowledge of financial accounting and a good understanding of business relationships and statutory accounting requirements (e.g. HGB).
• Experience using ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Business Central.
• Very good German (C1) and good English (C1) skills, as well as strong communication skills.
• Analytical thinking and the ability to translate specialist requirements into practical software solutions.
• Enthusiasm for digital solutions, new technologies and the continuous optimisation of business processes.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, as well as confident stakeholder management.
• A structured, independent and reliable way of working with a high commitment to quality.
• Будет плюсом: Ideally, knowledge of other RIB solutions such as RIB iTWO or RIB 4.0, or comparable software for the construction and real estate industry
