Responsibilities

• Ответственность за профессиональное управление, поддержку и развитие привлекательных цифровых решений (голосовые боты, цифровые помощники, онлайн-идентификация, решения в немногими банковской и близко-банковской сферах).
• Формирование продуктов и услуг с учетом финансовой жизнеспособности, потребностей банков-партнеров и клиентов.
• Вывод целевых мер на основе данных и их реализация совместно с другими отделами.
• Контроль и мониторинг KPI для непрерывного измерения успеха.

We deliver powerful, customer-centric solutions that are always up to date. That means: digital, individual and innovative. We are looking for a Product Manager (m/f/d) Digital Solutions.

Задачи:

You are responsible overall for the professional management, support and further development of attractive digital solutions (including voicebots, digital assistants, online identification procedures, and solutions in the non-banking and near-banking areas). You actively shape our products and services, taking into account financial viability, the needs of savings banks and end customers, and strategic developments. You derive targeted measures based on figures, data and facts and implement them in collaboration with other departments. You ensure the monitoring of KPIs for continuous measurement of success. You are the central point of contact for external service providers, coordinating and implementing technical and regulatory requirements. You prepare presentations and decision-making documents for internal and external committees.

Требования:

Successfully completed degree with a business, technical and/or banking background, or a comparable qualification. Ideally, experience in product management or a comparable role in a digital environment. Strong service mindset, hands-on mentality, communication skills and technical affinity. Independent, self-reliant and team-oriented working style. Curiosity and enjoyment in questioning processes. You are willing to come to our main location in Halle (Saale) for a maximum of one day per week.
