Задачи

• Identify significant near- and long-term opportunities and define product strategies and roadmaps;
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and requirements gathering to development, launch, and optimization;
• Define and analyze metrics that inform success or failure;
• Monitor and analyze product performance using data analytics and user feedback to optimize the current value proposition and drive continuous improvement and innovation;
• Drive product development with cross-functional engineering, design, analytics, and marketing teams to deliver measurable business impact;
• Design and own the end-to-end funnel from marketing to onboarding, activation, first payment, and recurring payments.

Требования

• 7+ Years of Product Management experience working collaboratively with engineering, design, marketing, and operations;
• Experience managing the full product lifecycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization, and executing before and after launch;
• Proven track record of building and optimizing acquisition, activation, and monetization funnels, ideally for early-stage products;
• Strong data literacy, including defining metrics, reading dashboards, and making decisions based on quantitative and qualitative input;
• Proven experience leading cross-functional groups across Marketing, Tech, and Operations around user and revenue goals;
• Excellent English communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate hypotheses, decisions, and trade-offs to technical and non-technical stakeholders;
• Experience building 0-to-1 products, platform or ecosystem products, or marketplaces;
• Hands‑on mindset and willingness to manually refine processes after soft launch and iterate quickly.
