Zusammenfassung

IronMaxx Nutrition GmbH & Co. KG is seeking a Product Developer to shape the next generation of bars and snacks. You will turn consumer trends into products and manage projects from concept to market launch, coordinating with suppliers, quality, purchasing, marketing and sales.

Responsibilities include developing innovative bar concepts, optimizing taste and nutrition, and ensuring LMIV compliance. You will translate insights into new portfolio opportunities and support category development with

Qualifikationen

• Degree or vocational qualification in food technology, food science, ecotrophology, nutritional science or a comparable field.
• 1–3 years of experience in product development, product management or category management within the food industry.
• Experience with bars, snacks, functional foods or sports nutrition is highly desirable.
• Very good knowledge of the LMIV and European food law.
• Strong understanding of ingredients, sensory properties, production processes and product calculations.
