Quantum Systems seeks a Product Manager for Autonomous Trucking to own the end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and delivery of the MOSAIC Ground Autonomy Kit. You will balance customer value, technical feasibility, and business viability in close partnership with Engineering.

Role involves translating operational demands into features, collaborating across software, hardware, safety, and systems teams, and driving market launches with a strong focus on customer impact and strategic partnerships.

Join Quantum-Systems and bring autonomous trucks into real-world operations. As Product Manager Autonomous Trucking, you own the end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and delivery for the MOSAIC Ground Autonomy Kit, Quantum-Systems' solution to converting heavy-duty and tactical vehicles into autonomous assets. You operate at the intersection of customer value, technical feasibility, and commercial viability and in an extremely tight partnership with Engineering: you own the customer needs, they own how we achieve it technically and by when we deliver. Together you balance product ambition against engineering reality, make trade-offs consciously, and keep the roadmap that the whole organization can execute against.

What is your Day to Day Mission:

• End-to-End Product Management: Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap from discovery, concept, and validation through to certification, commercial launches, and long-term value optimization
• Customer & Market Translation: Work directly with customers, end-users, and sales representatives to analyze operational demands and constraints, translating them into product features and services
• Engineering Collaboration: Partner with software, hardware, safety, and systems engineering teams in product refinement, planning, and prioritization
• Iterative Delivery: Consolidate customer, user, and field operational insights to set product priorities and continuously convert requirements into shipped capabilities
• Ecosystem Management: Manage strategic relationships across vehicle OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and service providers.
• Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with Product Marketing to design and execute compelling go-to-market plans, ensuring that every product release is a step forward toward market leadership

What you bring to the team:

• Multiple years of hands-on experience in autonomous trucking, robotics, physical AI, defence tech or closely related technical fields
• Strong commercial instincts paired with a solid technical foundation, enabling you to liaise seamlessly between engineering teams and external customer stakeholders
• A proactive, solution-oriented approach with a proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, high-ambiguity environment.
• Fluency in English to effectively engage with our global team and international customers
• A track record of taking complex products from initial concept to market launch, with background in product management, service design, or solution architecture within defence, automotive, or transportation sectors is a plus
