CUBE, a leading Regulatory Tech company, is seeking a Product Manager based in Berlin to own end-to-end development of agentic AI products. You will discover customer needs, prototype with AI, and work closely with engineering to launch and iterate based on feedback and data.

You will collaborate with a compact, high-performance team, balancing hands-on product work with strategic direction, while leveraging AI tooling to accelerate delivery.

Qualifikationen

• Proven product management experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or tech platforms.
• History of owning and shipping product, not just supporting it.
• Experience working with engineering, design, and commercial teams in agile environments.
• Comfort with data-informed decision-making, metrics, and prioritisation.
• Ability to prototype, test, and ship quickly using AI-enabled methods.

Purpose

We’re looking for a Product Manager based in Berlin who is passionate about agentic AI - systems where models reason, act, and learn autonomously. You should have some experience building AI applications and a solid product management background. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with creativity and a bias for shipping practical, elegant solutions.

You will take full ownership of new Agentic products launched to the wide customer base of Cube. You’ll be responsible to do discovery with customers, prototype your ideas with AI, work closely with the engineers building it, preparing the launch and working with customer feedback and data to iteratively improve the product. We expect full end-to-end ownership.

This role is perfect for someone who loves building, thrives on end-to-end ownership, and wants to shape how agentic AI transforms enterprise software, while using Agentic tools as an integral part of their workflow.

You will be working closely with the Executive Head of Agentic AI Product, Claude Code, and our compact high-performance team of engineers. The team is part of recently acquired Berlin startup Kodex AI and works hybrid from an amazing office - great location, gym, rooftop pool & sauna, many events - and from home.

Responsibilities:

• Own your product area end to end: from understanding the problem and shaping the solution through delivery, launch, and iteration.
• Get close to customers and the problem space: run discovery interviews, dig into usage data, and develop a sharp, evidence-based point of view on what to build and why.
• Prototype ideas early and often: use AI-generated prototypes, or whatever it takes to make an idea tangible, test assumptions fast, and avoid building the wrong thing.
• Use AI and agentic tooling as a personal force multiplier: faster research, faster prototyping, faster requirements and help the team around you do the same.
• Define success metrics upfront and track them through to delivery.
• Stay close to the work through delivery: collaborate daily with engineering, design, and customer teams unblock problems quickly, and coordinate launches including enablement and go to market.
• Communicate product plans and progress clearly to stakeholders and leadership, with the confidence to defend prioritisation decisions.

Requirements:

• Builder Mindset & Bias to Action: prototypes, tests, and ships with pace, staying decisive with incomplete information rather than waiting for certainty.
• AI & Agentic Tooling Fluency: hands on with AI assistants, LLMs, and agentic tooling to move faster, and brings the team along in adopting them.
• Some product management experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or technology platforms, with a clear track record of owning and shipping product, not just supporting it.
• History of working effectively with engineering, design, and commercial teams in an agile environment on complex, multi-stakeholder products.
• Comfort with data-informed decision-making: defining metrics, analysing product performance, and using evidence to prioritise.
