Job summary

Grover ищет инженера/руководителя продукта для управления учётом активов и их жизненным циклом, интеграции с финансовыми и логистическими системами, а также разработки API‑как‑продукт. Ваша задача — перевести операции на единую платформу, обеспечить точность данных и устойчивые контракты данных.

Работа в Берлине в открытом офисе, с акцентом на автоматизацию и взаимодействие с партнёрами и внутренними командами. Ожидается опыт в логистике, аренде и цифровой трансформации бизнес‑процессов.

Qualifications

• Существующий опыт миграции систем-учета и вывода бизнеса на новую платформу.
• Глубокое владение доменной областью: логистика, обратная логистика, e-commerce исполнение, арендный или asset finance.
• Умение работать с данными и использовать AI-инструменты для аналитики и принятых решений.
• Разработка и настройка автоматизированных операций и правил принятия решений.
• Опыт продажи API как продукта и формирование контрактов данных, версий и документации.
• Управление отношениями с поставщиками/интеграторами и проверка соответствия требованиям.
• Умение работать в условиях brownfield и согласовывать десочение.
• Умение переводить сложную систему на понятный язык для инженеров, операционных лидов и руководителей.

• Формирование требований к поставщикам и приемке работ автономным модулем.

Описание:

Founded in 2015, Grover enables consumers and businesses across Europe to subscribe to tech devices and comprehensive technology solutions - from individual smartphones, laptops, and wearables to full corporate device setups. The company offers access to over 1,000 unique tech items on flexible and financially convenient terms. A pioneer of the circular economy, Grover refurbishes and recirculates devices to help eliminate e-waste.

Задачи:

• Own the asset registry and the lifecycle it records: Bring the asset lifecycle onto a single source of truth. Define the asset state model, the events that move an asset between states, and the contracts between the systems that emit them.
• Stock Availability: E2E device lifecycle handling via different sources of truth within Grover eco-system breaks in several places and each break is stock we own but cannot sell. You will close the gaps and ensure we show the stock available to end customers when we hold them in our warehouses.
• Internal tooling to support asset operations: Proactive alerts, monitoring and internal tooling; so that the exceptions like - a lost device, a quarantined unit, a stuck reservation, a unit that never came back - are detected and resolved by a system rather than a spreadsheet. Your job is to keep turning manual, human-in-the-loop operations into automated, rule-based services.
• Own the finance and procurement interfaces: Asset cost, net book value, capitalisation and depreciation flow between the asset platform and the general ledger. You will specify what the asset platform needs from finance systems and hold a clean interface, rather than letting business logic leak across the boundary.
• Be the API-as-a-product owner for the warehouse and logistics integrations: Operational Logistics owns the commercial relationship with our partners. You own the technical integration, the data contracts and the systems logic that executes our business needs inside their four walls - including, over time, the WMS integration for our own warehouse.
• Vendor Management: Parts of this landscape are delivered with an external implementation partner. You will own the requirements, the acceptance criteria and the testing that decide whether what they delivered is what we asked for.

• System-of-record migration track record: You have run a system-of-record migration: You have moved a business off a system that held the truth about something valuable, onto one that holds it better, while the business kept running. You know what dual-running, cutover, backfill and reconciliation actually cost.
• Domain fluency: You are fluent in a relevant domain. Supply chain, reverse logistics, e-commerce fulfilment, re-commerce, rental or asset finance. You understand that a physical asset behaves differently from a row in a database, and that the difference is where the bugs live.
• Self-sufficient, AI-augmented data skills: You are self-sufficient with data. In the world of AI, you use AI tolling as your partner in driving data, reports and analytics and very much cater as an analyst to guide yourself and take informed decisions backed up by data.
• Automated operations & configurable decisioning: You have shipped rules or decisioning products that the business operates. Not a rules engine that only engineering can change. Something an operations or commercial team configures, with the guardrails, audit trail and versioning that makes that safe.
• API-as-a-product mindset: You have an API-as-a-product mindset. Your users are other engineers, operations teams and external partners. You know how to define a data contract, version it, document it and support it.
• Vendor & Systems Integrator governance: You have held a vendor or systems integrator to a contract. You can write requirements precise enough to be tested against, and you are comfortable being the person who says this is not what we specified.
• Pragmatic brownfield execution: You are a pragmatic operator in a brownfield. You are not intimidated by legacy. You can balance the new build against the reality, and you would rather agree on a descope in advance than discover it in March.
• System-to-stakeholder translation: You communicate with clarity and structure. You can take a genuinely complicated system and make it legible to an engineer, an operations lead and an executive, in the language each of them needs.

• A plus if you have experience in rental, leasing, subscription or circular business, where the same asset is sold more than once;
• Bonus points: if you have experience with ERP interfaces - S/4 HANA, Navision or similar - from the operational side rather than the finance side
