Qualifikationen

  • Education: Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in the semiconductor industry is advantageous.
  • Technical Expertise: Knowledge of optics, mechanics, electronics, lithography, metrology, laser technology, or related high‑tech systems.
  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical challenges.
  • Software & Systems: Familiarity with Windows-based environments and computer systems.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing communication skills.
  • Project Execution: Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

  • Lead pre-installation planning with customers, understand unique requirements, and ensure successful project execution.
  • Install and configure advanced semiconductor inspection systems, including optics, robotics, cameras, and automation components.
  • Perform system calibration, verification, performance testing, and product validation to achieve industry-leading specifications.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex system issues using data-driven analysis and structured troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Drive customer satisfaction through regular communication, technical consultations, escalations management, and on-site support.
  • Partner with customers to validate tool performance and ensure successful system acceptance.
  • Conduct application testing and process validation to maximize tool performance in customer manufacturing environments.
  • Support critical customer issues across multiple regions and collaborate with international engineering teams.
  • Deliver installation and product training to worldwide customer support and field engineering teams.

Group/Division

The KLA Services team headquartered in Milpitas, CA is our service organization that consists of Service Sales and Marketing, Spares Supply Chain management, Field Operations, Engineering, Product Training, and Technical Support. The KLA Services organization partners with our field teams and customers in all business sectors to maintain the high performance and productivity of our products through a flexible portfolio of services. Our comprehensive services include: proactive management of tools to identify and improve performance; expertise in optics, image processing and motion control with worldwide service engineers, 24/7 technical support teams and knowledge management systems; and an extensive parts network to ensure worldwide availability of parts.

Key responsibilities include
  • Customer Partnership: Lead pre‑installation planning with customers, understand unique requirements, and ensure successful project execution.

Minimum qualifications
