You’ll work across frontend Next.js, backend Node.js, and database layers, with PostgreSQL, Redis, Prisma, tRPC and Tailwind CSS.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Strong proficiency with Next.js, TypeScript, and Node.js (dealbreakers).
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, Prisma, tRPC, and Tailwind CSS.
• Proven track record of delivering features end-to-end — from concept to production — in full-stack development.

About the RoleA fast-growing, seed-stage enterprise AI platform is looking for a talented and proactive Full-Stack Product Engineer to join the team on-site in Berlin. Founded in 2023, the company builds a comprehensive, security-first platform that helps organizations securely adopt and integrate generative AI — covering AI chat, workflows, custom agents, and integrations across entire business operations.

This is an early-stage opportunity where you'll own features end-to-end, work directly with the Chief Product Officer, and ship AI-powered capabilities that drive enterprise adoption at scale.

What You'll Do

Contribute to the development of product features across the AI platform, from technical design through to user-facing implementation.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $66,000 – $120,000 per year (depending on experience).

On-site, Berlin, Germany. This is a full-time, in-person role — remote work is not available for this position.
