koppla is building a next-gen collaborative scheduling platform for construction. We seek product-minded Frontend Engineers in Berlin to own feature development, starting on the frontend with TypeScript, and growing into full-stack responsibilities.

Compensation: €65k-€90k + 25% equity; Location: Berlin, hybrid (2+ days in office); relocation possible. koppla is an ambitious team backed by top VCs delivering real value in a large, underserved market.

In a nutshellkoppla is building the next-gen collaborative scheduling platform for construction, helping project managers keep projects on time by identifying delays and disruptions before they impact timelines.

We are looking for a product-mindedFrontend Engineers in Berlin that loves building actual products while taking ownership of the entire feature-building process. You will be mostly working on our TypeScript codebases, starting on the frontend, but excited to grow into a full stack role with us.

Compensation:€65k-90k + 25% of your base salary in equity on topLocation: Berlin (Hybrid, 2+ days/week in office); open for candidates willing to relocate to Berlin

What you'll be doing

• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers and engineers to design and implement new features in a truly cross-functional process.
• Build and maintain user-facing parts (in Vue) as well as backend services and APIs
• Contribute to the overall architecture of the entire system
• Collaborate with and learn from senior engineers to implement best practices for software development, infrastructure, and deployment processes.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers while learning from more experienced engineers.

This role is perfect for a Frontend/Full StackEngineer with 2-5 years of experience looking to grow their skills and make a meaningful impact at a company that is approaching product-market fit (> €2.5M ARR).
