Rebel Recruiting Berlin or Hamburg hybrid role to build product experiences with Vue.js and Nuxt for a greenfield B2B2C MarTech platform in a corporate-backed startup. You will own features end-to-end, collaborate with Product, Design and Backend Engineering, and shape a modern, product-led engineering culture focused on customer value and sustainable code.

This is an ownership‑driven role where high quality, thoughtful code reviews and deliberate trade-offs matter.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of experience building modern frontend applications with Vue.js.
• Experience with Nuxt is preferred.
• Experience in product organizations and ownership of features end-to-end.
• Ability to challenge requirements constructively and maintain code quality.

Your Mission

You build product experiences that combine technical quality with measurable customer value.

You own features from idea to production and continuously improve them based on feedback, product goals and technical insights.

You collaborate closely with Product, Design and Backend Engineering to create intuitive, scalable user experiences—not simply implement specifications.

You think critically about requirements, challenge assumptions when necessary and contribute ideas that improve the product.

You care about clean architecture, maintainable code, thoughtful code reviews and sustainable engineering practices.

You use AI engineering tools responsibly to improve your workflow while relying on your own engineering judgement.
