Job summary

Lio is seeking a Software Engineer to help design and scale enterprise AI platforms. You will architect agent-based systems, build cloud SaaS services, and translate customer needs into production-grade solutions that deliver measurable value.

You'll own initiatives end-to-end—from design to deployment—while collaborating with customers and cross-functional teams. The role demands strong coding discipline, system thinking, and passion for delivering robust, scalable software at pace.

Your Profile

You're a good fit for this role if you:

• Have 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer in cloud SaaS applications, with strong expertise in Python, TypeScript, Java, or similar languages OR are a recent Master's graduate from a top university (TUM, Oxford, Ivy League, ETH, KIT, etc.) with hands-on development experience through internships, working student positions, or personal projects
• Are passionate about writing clean, maintainable code and building products that delight users
• Think end-to-end: from system design to production-ready implementation
• Thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact environment and take ownership of critical technical decisions
• Can communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
