Your mission

• Conduct market and competitor analyses to derive technical product requirements
• Plan and design complete product solutions for tower cranes
• Perform benchmarking and define product features based on market and customer demands
• Design and optimize adaptable product solutions tailored to the EU market
• Carry out product validation and continuous design improvement
• Support product training for internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with international R&D teams, as well as with production, sales, and management

Your profile

• More than 5 years of experience in overall and structural design of tower cranes
• Ideally with a background at companies such as Potain, Liebherr, or Terex
• Solid understanding of product development processes and technical requirements in the EU market
• In-depth knowledge of EU regulations and familiarity with German, French, or Italian industry standards
• Ability to independently carry out complex product design projects
• Proficiency in design and analysis tools such as PROE, ANSYS, CAD, and MS Office
• Strong communication and presentation skills; capable of working in international and cross-cultural teams
• Identification with our company culture and willingness to engage in cross-cultural collaboration
• Fluent in technical and business English
• Additional languages are an advantage; German is helpful but not required
