HireHi is seeking a founding Product Designer for its AI voice platform. You will own the full design process, collaborate with customers, and partner with engineers to ship features that shape the product experience.

This is a hands-on, end-to-end role where user insight and rapid prototyping drive product decisions. With 3+ years in product design, you’ll use Figma, Lovable, V0, and Figma Make to prototype, iterate, and validate with customers.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of product design experience in a startup or scale-up environment, preferably B2B SaaS.
• Proficiency with modern prototyping and design tools (Figma, Lovable, V0, Figma Make).
• Experience collaborating with software engineers and a strong understanding of technical trade-offs.
• Exposure to AI/LLM-driven products and eagerness to build AI-native software.

3 or more years of experience on product design teams, ideally at an early-stage B2B SaaS startup Proficiency with modern prototyping and design tools such as Figma, Lovable, V0, and Figma Make (required) Hands-on experience collaborating with software engineers and a solid understanding of technical trade-offs Meaningful exposure to AI and LLM-driven products, with a genuine interest in building software in an AI-native way Experience conducting customer interviews or iterating on a product based on direct customer feedback A track record of designing products with measurable business impact Pragmatic mindset: comfortable accepting imperfect implementations in service of shipping and iterating quickly Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across engineering and product teams A portfolio demonstrating aesthetic taste, UX instincts, and fast-prototyping ability
