You’ll be a key contributor to our product team, ensuring our user experience meets industry standards and aligns with our business goals. In this role, you will:

  • Enhance User Experience & Engagement: You will play a critical role in designing intuitive and engaging user journeys. From conducting user research and developing personas to creating wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity UI, your work will help define our product’s overall experience.
  • Contribute to Our Design System: You will help maintain and enhance our design system, ensuring consistency across our digital platforms. Your contributions will help shape a scalable and structured approach to design at Ceartas.

  • Work Cross‑Functionally: You will collaborate with engineers, business stakeholders, and other designers to ensure a seamless handoff between design and development. Understanding basic coding principles and technical feasibility will be a plus in this role.
Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to and maintain the design system to ensure consistency and scalability across products.
  • Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity UI for web and mobile applications.
  • Conduct user research and testing to validate design decisions and improve usability.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers and stakeholders to translate requirements into functional designs.
  • Take ownership of features from discovery to delivery, ensuring a holistic user experience.

  • Experience as a UX designer, showcasing your previous work and skillset in a portfolio of projects that demonstrate your contribution to designing engaging user experiences.
  • Good understanding of the UX design process from research, concept, design, prototyping and user validation to implementation.
  • Familiarity with user research methodologies and the ability to conduct usability testing.
  • Thorough knowledge in the field of interaction design, visual design and (low & high fid) prototyping.
  • Strong UI design skills with a keen eye for detail and consistency.
  • Experience working closely with development teams and other stakeholders to implement designs.
  • Knowledge of design systems and experience in building or maintaining one.
Nice To Haves:
  • Ability to create custom illustrations to enhance UI.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to bridge the gap between design and development.
  • Understanding of AI and machine learning concepts as they relate to UX.
  • Prior experience in the brand protection.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to take ownership of projects.
  • Experience with motion design and creating engaging UI animations.
What We Offer:
  • Supportive leadership committed to your personal and professional development.
  • Remote Role with flexibility.
  • 25 paid days off per year, plus public holidays, and your birthday!
